Women's Leadership & Confidence Strategist
A woman who has lived reinvention and now leads other women through it.

My story holds the chapters of rebuilding after almost 30 years of marriage, rediscovering who I was, raising children into adulthood, leading teams, guiding leaders, and birthing businesses through both courage and calling.

Those experiences taught me this:
Reinvention isn’t recovery it’s strategy.
It’s the blueprint for becoming.

With 31 years in leadership, coaching, and personal transformation, I help women develop the clarity, confidence, and presence to lead well in their careers, their relationships, and their lives.

In addition to founding Ophelia Green & Co., I am also the founder and Executive Director of The Female Persuasion, a nonprofit dedicated to leadership development and mentorship for young women and girls. She is also the founder and Chief Strategist of WOW-Women of Whatever, a professional women’s network rooted in collaboration, leadership, and shared growth.
